Ignorance at the Tea Party, Fox News & the Dumming Down of Urban Radio

Perhaps it does, perhaps it doesn’t. Whether it was 1.2 million people or tens of thousands who showed up, it all has to be put in context. First, we already know close to 46 million people voted for John McCain and Sarah Palin so close to half the country that voted has a different political outlook on things. We should not be suprised or intimidated by how vocal that opposition is. We have our own troops in large numbers.
Fox News Host Glenn Beck Goes After Green For All Hero-Van Jones

Say what you want about Van, but in Oakland the birthplace to the Black Panthers and where Van has done much of his organizing work, he was always a dope organizer, but never a nationalist, at least not in the way of some of the folks coming out of that area...If anything the nationalist crowd often harshly critiqued Van for not being as radical as they were…
Beck has been after Jones for a minute, making outrageous claims like Jones being a nationalist to ommitting the truth like Jones being a former convict. Jones was arrested at a demonstrated and later got money after it was revealed he was wrongly detained.
