In celebration of International Women’s History Month we decided to highlight the voices of many who are often overlooked, taken for granted or forgotten about. Those are our sisters in Hip Hop. Women have always been on point from day one when it comes to architecting this culture called Hip Hop. We can start with Cindy Campbell - the sister of Hip Hop’s father Kool Herc.
